-Diagnose

We provide diagnostic services for your AV system and will find and eliminate as many problems with your audio, video, or lighting system(s) as possible.

Issues like:

• Feedback, hum, static, pop, crackle, fuzz, etc. can all lead to a less than desirable sound quality.

• Projector lines, video flickers

• Lighting misbehavior, flickering, etc

System issues like those can lead to distractions in the atmosphere.

1. We will first call/email about the issue.

2. Then we will perform a site-visit and evaluate the performance and issues of the system(s).

3. We will then try to fix any issues.

Rest assured, many issues can be fixed via setting changes, EQ tweaks, cord re-wiring, etc.

If additional work is deemed necessary a clear explanation of the issue and estimate will be provided.

$50 of the diagnostic fee will be applied toward any additional service or additional labor.

-Train

Our extensive experience producing events, working with volunteers, and youth has given us a unique perspective when it comes to the training required of an AV technician.

​

Having experience with AVL technologies is great, but if you want to increase your excellence with professional training, we'd love to take you there!

​

Additionally, new equipment is progressing exponentially and we are able to help decipher the new technology.

​

While these courses are primarily for learning sound - the art and science of mixing; they can also be applied to other AV concepts such as lighting design, lighting programming, ProPresenter, video switching, etc.

Basic: $250 - Introduction to mixing "crash course"

Intermediary: $500 - Technical fundamentals

Advanced: $1000 - Visualizing sound

Each training course includes classroom style instruction and on-site training specific to your equipment.

NOTE: If you only need basic help (one or two quick questions) over the phone or email we would be glad to assist you for free.

-Repair

We provide equipment diagnostic and repair services.

If you have a faulty amplifier, smart light, or other pieces of equipment we can provide repair services.

Additionally; if you need insurance claim writeups due to surge, acts of god, or other circumstances we can help with that as well.

Our technicians will troubleshoot your piece of equipment and call you to discuss your options.

We warranty all of our workmanship for 30 days, unfortunately we cannot warranty other device failures.
